ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Anatolian Adventures provides all extra travel services to meet your needs and requirements when you are on a trip. You can extend your itinerary by adding some additional points to your schedule. Or you can just leave all your hotel and flight arrangements to us, so that we can plan everything in complete coherence on your behalf.

To order additional services please indicate these in a seperate email. We will send our offer with calculations and if you confirm the request we will proceed wth actual booking.

FLIGHT TICKETS

For any international and domestic flight ticket services you can safely make your booking with our ticketing department within our A group travel agency.

We choose Turkish Airlines flights as a domestic carrier in most of our tours. Price of air tickets change according to the schedules, availability and time of booking, so please bear in mind that the price quoted by us is valid until a certain date and time, and if you do not book until deadline, price offer will not be valid anymore. Also, please note that such third party services should be paid in full at the time of booking.

ISTANBUL HOTELS

For those who would like to have Istanbul hotels & services from Anatolian Adventures we advise you to choose your hotel in city center Taksim area to reach many unexpected needs like mountain equipment, change offices, air ticketing services, etc. We generally use 4 star or boutique class quality hotels in Taksim district. If you would like to book one of the Istanbul hotels in below list, please state the hotel name, your Istanbul arrival and departure dates within your booking form. Prices are given in Euro and US Dollars, includes taxes and given for a standard room per night, and are just for indicating the price range. TRANSFERS IN ISTANBUL

We are aware that most travelers arrive with big luggages, that's why although actually a vehicle has bigger capacity we limit the number of passengers in it.

A driver generally does not speak English, so if you need a real assistance (guidance or help at the airport/hotel) you have to ask for a guide additionally.

The transfer rate includes 1 hour of waiting time. More than 1 hour of waiting time is asked extra.

If a client does not use the transfer by the time confirmed and did not cancel it beforehand we consider the booking carried out. Cancellation of transport services must be advised not less than 1 working day before the due date. In this case there is no cancellation fee.

All excursions are with a multi-lingual guide as required. Your personal guide will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby. If a client does not use the excursion by the time confirmed and did not cancel it beforehand we consider the booking carried out. Cancellation of excursion services must be advised not less than 1 working day before the due date. In this case there is no cancellation fee.
