ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival to Kas (D)

Arrival to Kas and meeting at the hotel. Welcome dinner in the evening.

Day 2: Kas-Kibris Valley-Kas: 1st day trip (B,L)

Day 3: Kas-Kekova Sound: + boat trip: 2nd day trip (B,L,D)

Optional visit to Hoyran or Apollonia ruins.

Boat Trip in Kekova Sound. Visit Teimiousa, Simena, Dolichiste (sunken city), Xera (Boatyard bay), Kekova Islands, walking to Aperlai ruins, with snorkeling and swimming breaks. Overnight at a pension in Kekova.

Day 4: Kekova-Sura-Demre-Myra-Kas: 3rd day trip (B,L)

Visit Tiybrissos, Sura, Myra ruins and St.Nicholas Church.

Day 5: Free Day in Kas (B)

Optional daily programs (scuba diving, sea kayaking, hiking) are possible.

Day 6: Kas-Susuz Mountain-Kas: 4th day trip (B,L)

Post-trip extensions and daily programs are possible.

Day 7: Kas-Bezirgan Village-Kas: 5th day trip (B,L,D)

Farewell dinner in the evening

Day 8: Departure, airport transfer. (B)

Fly home; Transfer to airport. Post-trip extensions are possible.

DETAILS

Most of the terrain we cycle is moderate. There may be frequent hills, but seldom exceeding 8% and uninterrupted climbs seldom exceeding 350 m (1200 feet). Daily vertical totals should be generally less than 750 m (2500 feet). This is terrain the average cyclist in good condition can handle. Daily length of cycling will be up to 45 Miles (72 Km) per Day.

The Itinerary represented above is the one taken under normal weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the best trip possible.

Previous cycling and outdoor experience is an advantage but is not essential. However, in order to participate in a cycling trip you should be in good physical and mental fitness.

Price includes: 7 nights B&B accommodation in a hotel room, 5 days bicycling.
All transport during the tour, transfers from/to Antalya Airport for groups of minimum 6 persons; all cycling equipment: services of professional and experienced guides;

We can also arrange transfers from/to Dalaman Airport by taxi.
A recommended gear & essential equipment list is to be sent to the participants before the tour.
A support vehicle will follow the group at a discrete distance for safety and supply matters.

The last day in Kas we will drive back to Antalya Airport for the end of services or continue with extension Turkey tours.
