ITINERARY
Day 1: Welcome to Ankara the capital city of Turkey. Transfer to your hotel for briefing, dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Drive to Taurus mountains (Aladaglar range) for 5 hours. Dinner and overnight in Demirkazik mountain hut.
Day 3: Skitouring to Kucuk Cebel (3250m) (40-45 degree slope)
Drive to Emli valley up to the forest line (1900m) and continue with skis. 2 hours skitouring in Siyirma valley until we reach the slopes of Kucuk Cebel summit. We will continue ski touring from south.up to the summit with additional 2 hours. Descend back to Emli valley and Demirkazik mountain hut. Altitude gain: 1350 meters. 4/5 hours skitouring, 2 hours transfer.
Day 4: Skitouring to Bozkaya (3330m) (35-45 degree slope)
After breakfast drive to Sokullupinar at 2000meters and start skitouring towards Narpuz valley from the Narpuz pass. From the valley we head towards the north col of the Bozkaya peak and then continue to the southern slopes. It is possible to see Mount Erciyes and Mount Hasan if the weather permits. After skiing down for 2 hours we reach our vehicle to transfer back to Demirkazik mountain hut. Altitude gain: 1330 meters. 4/5 hours skitouring, 2 hours transfer.
Day 5: Skitouring to Alaca Summit (3588m) (35 degree slope)
A long day starts with a transfer to Emli Valley. We start skitouring from “Sari Mehmet’in Yurdu” plateau at 1850 meters. Ski up from Great Mangirci valley to the Kortekli summit at 3250 meters and follow up the north ridge towards the west ridge of Alaca summit. We will take of our skis and use our crampons for the last 150 meters for the final push for a rewarding experience of the Alaca summit at 3588 meters. If the snow and weather conditions permit we will ski down from the east ridge and Parmakkaya valley. With our vehicle waiting us at the forest line, we will drive back to the mountain hut. Altitude gain: 1700 meters. 6/7 hours skitouring, 2 hours transfer.
Day 6: Skitouring to Emler Summit (3725m) (30-40 degree slope)
Today we will climb up to the 4th highest summit of Aladaglar mountain range. Drive to Sokullupinar at 2000meters and start skitouring towards Karayalak valley for 3 hours skitouring to reach Celikbuyduran pass at 3500 meters. We will continue skiing up from the southern shoulder of the Emler summit for an hour. We are at the summit to see the Yedigoller plateau from 3725 meters summit. Our vehicle will wait us at the Sokullupinar plateau.
Altitude gain: 1725 meters. 5/6 hours skitouring, 2 hours transfer.
Day 7: Skitouring to Davlumbaz Summit (3300m) (30 degree slope)
Today we will climb in a different valley system. We will drive to Arpalik valley at 2200 meters which is an outstanding bird watching area. We will ski up to the Tekepinari valley and pass to Cimbar valley to climb up the southern slopes of the Davlumbaz peak. After summit, we will ski down to the Arpalik plateau to meet with our vehicle and drive back to the mountain hut. Altitude gain: 1100 meters. 4/5 hours skitouring, 2/3 hours transfer.
Day 8: Drive back to Ankara and transfer to airport for international flights or extension tours.

- According to the weather and snow conditions, our guides can make some necessary changes in the itinerary and timings.
- You can combine this skitouring program with Mount Hasan (2days), Melendiz Mountain (daily) and Mount Erciyes (2 days) ski tours. Please ask to your sales representative.
- You can also combine this program with Cultural tours in Cappadocia. (1.5 hours drive)
- Private departures available between February 20 to March 30 for the best snow conditions.
